REPORTS TO: Executive Director & CEO

DEPARTMENT: Marketing

LOCATION: Vadodara, Gujarat, India

Basic Functions

Accompany the marketing team of the company in coordination with the management team, the CEO of the company in Rishi FIBC, Green Pro, Krishi Geopack.

Provide an effective brand strategy and marketing plans to ensure business volume growth in Rishi FIBC and its group companies to develop as the Global supplier of choice in FIBC and other Rishi Products.

Responsibilities
  • Budget marketing activities for the year.
  • Review and optimize marketing and pricing strategies.
  • Generate Marketing Leads in various industries relevant to our Products and solutions.
  • Present to leads/customers and offer solutions based on our products range.
  • Develop reliable opportunities and segments for better sales.
  • Derive strategies for New Client Acquisition and better Retention of Existing customers.
  • Coordinate marketing strategies with Sales, Finance, Public Relations & Production.
  • Utilize market intelligence to generate leads for business.
  • Prepare relevant MIS and submit quarterly and yearly reports to senior management.
  • Develop core team for ameliorating growth.
  • Responsible for overall development of a powerful sales team in the company.
  • Innovative and target driven in sales and Marketing.
  • Conceptualize and execute various sales and Marketing strategies to cater different customer segments.

Qualification & Experience
  • Bachelor of Business Management or Commerce from a reputed business School.
  • Post-graduation in Marketing/ Sales from IIM.
  • Min 4-5 Years’ Experience in Marketing Lead role.
